I'm receiving the following message on only one of my office's extensions: MW FROM EXT 156
156 is not an active extension so when I try to reply I get an out of service message. Trying to delete the message doesn't work.
I've tried to use the DX-80 documentation (manuals, etc.) but haven't had any luck troubleshooting.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

your screen should also show a "del" button, press that to delete the message.

Did you try the microsoft solution? Shut the system off wait 1 minute and power it back on.
