I am looking for programming information to set up multiple extensions on the same phone. The system is a Comdial 8324sj corded handset.
Can anyone point me in the direction of a manual or the directions?

The number you reference is a telephone and not the system. All programming and manuals are dependant on the system they are connected to. Once you know the system you can try the manuals link at the top of the page. You would probably be better off to contact a Comdial Tech to do this. Good Luck.

Most all 8324sj units can be programmed through the options key in the LCD window of the phone. Scroll through the options menu until you see the feature "DSS". Press the DSS key and you will be prompted for "location" select the button to be programmed and enter the extention number. You can continue to program each button back to back, and then press speaker or exit when done. This is all we have to go on with the info provided. Good luck.
