Does anyone have a copy of ICC 2.0? Im running 2.1 on a 12.0 machine and there is nothing but issues. All the other Call Centers I have out there are 12.1 running 2.1 and they are fine.

I wonder if there was a limitation to using 2.0 on 12.0 and 2.1 on 12.1. I don't have experience with that particular version or product, but I'm sure someone else will be along soon to help answer the question.

Sorry I do not have one. I thought it was inbedded into the version of interchange. I did not think you could have 2.0 on 12.1.

I agree.... Comdial Keeps telling me its ok but it just shuts down. For some reason they would rather spend time trouble shooting it to no avail then just sending me another copy. I had one but cant seem to find it.

Is it dropping the serial link? What do you mean it just shuts down?

It will report for a few hours then for no reason just stops. I had this same issue on another machine running 12.0 with 2.1. Reloaded 2.0 and all was well.

Are you talking about the call reports portion?

yes.... I only get a few reports such as agent detail summary, and abandoned calls. Then I'll get nothing

Aha. 2.1 had a quirk that would quit reporting if the folder that kept the reports info was manipulated without stopping the Java services first. I had a couple of sites that would routinely backup the data during the day and if the Java and one other service was not stopped first and then restarted after the backup it would cease reporting. There is also a Java update that messed with the reports package also. Can't remember what the last good Java rev was but someone in tech support at Comdial may remember.
