I have a station that is forwarding both internal and external calls directly into users voicemail box. The user performed a Call Fwd Cancel #5 and the issue is still happening.

Any suggestions?

Are you using LCD display phones? If so, what does the LCD read at this station?

One other thought...this station may be in the DND mode. If so, the station will be in the busy mode when calling and automatically forward all calls. Dial...Intercom #01 to turn it off. Be careful because this is a toggle code. Dialing the code once turns it on, and a second time turns it off. Let us know how it goes.

The phones are Comdial Impact SCS 8324SJ
The DND button is not lit. When I performed the #01 the DND light did come on and then when I performed the #01 a second time it went out. The station is still going directly into voicemail.
Thanks for the suggestion.

if you have comdial VM he has his transfer feature set to VM instead of his ext. number. VM options menu (3) option # 4

If this doesnt work, we will need to go off line to troubleshoot, but first simply unplug the phone for a moment and replug it up, and check it. Then verify the station and port in the LCD window by pressing the intercom button. It should display the intercom number and station port. I assume you are using VMMI for programming, and if so go into station programming and make sure the intercom number appears in the button mapping of the phone and in the intercom hunt list. Hopefully you will find your issue there. Make sure no other feature lights are lit up on the phone as well. Good luck!
