This feature allows a caller reaching CCR menu to utilize the DTMF keys to “spell†the name of a
subscriber and be directed to their extension.
Park and Page
This feature allows a caller reaching a mailbox to select an option to be placed into a system park
zone and have the mailbox user paged.
Customer Controlled Routing (CCR) Option: Mailbox owner login
When a caller presses the CCR digit associated with a Mailbox Owner action, the system will
prompt the caller to select and log into their mailbox.
