I am looking for what upgrades or replacements are available for a 4 port Corporate Office v8.2 voicemail system connected to a DXP running 15A.
We have no complaints about the current system and other than a small issue here and there. The system has been working great for many years. Its just old and DOS based and the owner of the company is looking for a few new features.
The main feature he is looking for is for voicemail messages to be e-mailed to Outlook (and their BlackBerrys via a BlakcBerry Enterprise Server)as a compatible audio attachement.
Any pointers on which direction to go in? We hope to keep the exisintg DXP phone system for another couple years.
Thanks, Chris

15A was the first version of 15 rls. The C version was much more stable. The best fit for your DXP would be an Interchange 12.1 XP version. It should have seat licenses for unified messaging to your Outlook. The Key Voice Interchanges are the best of the "works fine and lasts a long time" voice mails.
