It has been requested that I add caller ID to our DXP 14A phone system. I was wondering if this is even possible? If I can set up caller id do I need an external device? Is it possible without an external device, and if so how would I set that up? If I have to have an external device, where would I be able to get that?

Thanks

Yes you can. You'll need a CID08 for every 8 CO lines if they are loop start or you can get a PRI board and have your service switched to PRI digital lines. Click on the equipment link at the top of the page for availability and pricing.
