freshfitz Member Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 391 west chester, pa	Have a customer with an FX-II and this is the second phone that when you pick up the handset you get no dial tone. when you press line 1 the display display's 3041 and when you press line 2 it says 4041. The phones ext. is 1041. They say you can make outgoing calls but it rings busy internally and externally, They did swap out the phone and same thing happens The Advance Noobie!

RATHER BE FISHING Admin Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 9,169 Likes: 18 SOUTH TEXAS	It's a programming issue. No dial tone when you pick up the handset tells me it isn't programmed to do so. When pressing line buttons and seeing 3041 and 4041 tells me they are mapped as group intercoms.
