Hi All,
Have a customer with FXII and 10.3 vm had been able to record calls via permission from vm. Now when "REC" button pushed to record call Recording starts on vm "as indicated by "voice mail viewer". The display on the phone comes back about 8 to ten seconds "not available", then some time later the user gets a blank message in their mailbox. Ant thoughts.

In the mailbox of the users, under the enhanced settings, make sure the allowed to record calls box is checked and also check the max time to record setting in minutes. Not sure what the default is for your system but you may need to extend this time limit.
First Idea anyway...let us know how you do.
