I recently inherited an outdated IT position and have been in the process of fixing things around the office. The newest frustration to the employees are the phones. One phone had static, replaced it, fixed. But there is a phone in the office that whenever you hang it up, it goes to speakerphone and plays the away message. I'm not a phone expert, so help would be greatly appreciated.
The environment:
10 phones heading into a centralized wiring closet [a lot of wires, not too much idea what each does other than basic wiring etiquette].
Each phone is an Unisyn Comdial 1122. No other phone has this problem, and near as I can tell, every phone is wired the same [blue/blue white/orange/orange white]. The wiring of this line matches the 2 next to it in the wiring basket, and those phones work.

Could it be a configuration in the phone itself? I thought the phone was broken, and so replaced it with a new one out of the box, but it does the same thing, so it's not the phone.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and thoughts on this matter. I am trying to avoid hiring someone for this one phone line.

The background music feature has been activated. Just press ITCM and dial # + 1 to turn it off. ITCM * + 1 turns it on.
