I have a comdial impact that came with the new office I just moved into and the voicemail is still set up from the old tenants. Plus it's asking for a password.

I was wondering, how do I go about reprogramming it so it's fresh and all cleared out?

Also, how would I go about programing the voicemail so when someone calls they get a message that tells the to press a certain number to get a certain person?

sounds like you should call a Comdial dealer in your area. What you need is installer level support. You can call 1800Comdial to find a local dealer.

Impact was a series of phones not the phone system. Many different voicemails could have been installed on several different Comdial systems that ran Impact sets. Definitely need more info than you have initially provided.

Basically it's just the main phone that I need help with. The others are fine.

Also would any of you know how to set extentions and set up the intercom?

actually what I meant by my original post was asking how to get rid of the previous password and info so I can start fresh on my main impact phone.
