I can't seem to get outside calls transferred to the mailboxes on a Debut I'm working on. What is the sequenc for this? Is it tran/conf then the station #. That's what I've been doing and it'll ring the station once, but then goes back to the original transferring station.

Well, lets try this sequence. Push the TRANSFER key. Dial number of the voice mail or press the vm hotkey. Dial number of the mailbox to which you want. * hang up

that didn't work. in my keyvoice program, i have it setup for wait for answer, 4 rings, and to mailbox 21. it rings the station one short ring, then pauses like it's waiting for the 4 rings but still comes back to the attendant.

Who is doing the transfer ?
The debut or is it after you answer outside line by answering the call with the keyset ?
I gave the steps for manually putting the caller into a mailbox.
Is this system even on line ? are you just installing it?
I assume its on a Comdial ? right?
