I have users reporting delayed messages that are days old and they had no MWI indicating there was even a message for them on the system. I thought maybe they started checking messages and were interrupted and never finished listening to all messages until it happened to me. Any help in point me in the right direction to clear this up is appreciated. Thanks

What software release is it and what is it connected to? You may also get more help posting in the Mitel section.

Initially NPM were QNX based, and after 2001 all development went into a Linux based OS. There should be a maintenance terminal with a command-line menu.
As I recall, there's a specific maintenance item in the menu for MWI.
But it's been 10 years since I messed with one. Solid little VM, though.
