Have a customer whose incoming calls are answered by AA. Once the call is transferred out of the AA if the call is not answered it will forward to voicemail. The customer is telling me (haven't made a site visit yet) that if the forwarded call hits port 1 of the voicemail it will go to the correct personal greeting. If it it hits port 2 the caller will get the main greeting. I know its possible to have different digit translation based on port number, but that is not set up. Any ideas?

Verify the ports are in the correct order.

Made a site visit and found that the ports were in correct order. I had previously expanded the voicemail from 4 to 8 ports and had not added the new ports to the Comdial.lnk file. DUH!
