Yes and yes.
By default, when you dial 0 from vm, it transfers to 888, the operator mailbox. 888 is set up to transfer calls to 0, the DX-80 attendant phone, default 101. If no one answers, call goes to 101's vm.
You can change where 888 transfers to to another extension or a UCD. If you use a UCD, there is some additional programming involved.
