One of these days I'm going to try Dreamweaver. Hate Frontpage. I can't ever seem to get the WYSIWYG programs to do what I want so I'm still using notepad. Is that pathetic or what?

As a general rule nothing works better than learning HTML coding to build a perfect website! If you need to use a program that is a little more user friendly the only program I would even consider is Dreamweaver... every thing else causes weird appearances on some machines and browsers.

Just make sure you have some basic HTML knowlege. I have seen people spend hours trying to get objects lined up using both Frontpage and Dreamweaver. Fortunatelly I have been able to see the code in "split mode" and just format it directly without using the grapical interface.
P.S. Notepad works well too

I've always used notepad. Even when I try a WYSIWYG I still spend most of my time in HTML trying to fix what it screwed up. I've been meaning to give Dreamweaver a try.
