I have a customer with a dsx 80 8 x 16 who wants to record calls ,order taking ,confirming pick ups ,etc.
any ideas ,I think voicegate has something any other ideas ??

There is a conversation record key that can be programmed onto the phone.
Check the DSX site.
I believe it would have to be activated for every call.
