Hi folks,
what's the easiest was to permenantly external call forward a DID. I used program 22-11 then used 91xxx-xxxx as the arget number. That seems to work however it must be following the extentions default timer for voicemail? Can this be changed?

In the DID tables you point it to a speed dial number.
