Just FYI post:
I got the info I was looking for.
In the US we have to download the ISO's of the Linux, PcPro and sytem software from the NEC LMS server.
Only a customer that has Software Assurance can have their software upgraded via LMS.
We had to speak to two NEC employees to figure out exactly how to get to the upgrades and get them downloaded.
Should not be this difficult!
