We use an NEC Electra Elite IPK II system with 16 button NEC Dterm80 desk phones. I want to program a button on one desk phone that would enable a headset to be used when pressed. Our telephone equipment service provider has done this on one phone but is not able to come back in the near future without charging us travel time. (we are in the boonies). I did watch him do it from the desk phone that needed the button but didn't keep track of all the codes he used (he tried a couple of combinations before he got it to work). Can any one help?

MB 15-07 but i would recommend finding a tech to come out. IPK II is a very delicate system with alot of things that can get screwed up very easily. I would recommend you pay the trip charge. paying more for something done correctly is much cheaper than not receiving phone calls.
