I have a longtime customer, who decides to move to a new location his Avaya switch was starting to die out and out of the blue he picks up an NEC Electra Elite IPK then calls me and says I need you to install it. I'm an AVAYA guy have been for a long time now and this guy is more of a friend than a customer now. I now have a huge headache cause I can't find a system hardware manual to hook the new phone switch up. Can anyone please help.

I have a client myself that has a move coming up and they want us to move everything. Network, Phone, EVERYTHING! I haven't done anything with this, is there somewhere I can pick up this installation manual or something in terms of installation?? Thank You!!
