Can anyone help with this please?
We currently have 2 Sprint long distance pri's and we are switchting to Everest.
The switch is an NEAX 2400 IMX.
Is there any programming at all that needs to be done or is it just a matter of plugging the new line to where the old lines came into the switch?
Thanks for your help.

IMHO you need to have a certified tech on site when you do this switchover. It SHOULD be plug and play if Everest knows what they are doing but in my years of experience that their may need to be an adjustment made on the PBX.
