DS1000 with Intramail. System up and running for several years. Intramail no answer recently. Reset of no help. NEC said that the known lockups were cleared on reset so must be hardware. Its happened twice now and each time Ive cleared it by removing the CF mounting board and reinstalling it. Would you suspect the mounting board, the CF card or the main KSU board? Now I cant recall the software level but will make sure its at 3.22 next time I'm on site(I ignored this earlier because of NEC comments). Any comments?

I would make sure it is the latest software. I had some weird things happen because of older software. Phone system reseting itself.

Also check what version Intra mail you have. Up-grading might clear up the lock-up problem.
