We have an Electra Elite IPK unit that supports 7 Dterm80 phones. The caller ID will display when the phone rings, but as soon as we pick up it disappears. There's no way for us to scroll through previous numbers either.

How do we go about getting this capability?

If you have the IPK (not IPK II) your system must be equipped with a memory card (MIF-M) to store caller ID, then a programmed button to scroll through the numbers.

Without the MIF-M caller ID is not stored..... however, if I recall correctly, once you have answered the call, and the caller ID has disappeared, you can press the line key (lit green) while talking to the caller and have the number reappear on the display.
