I have a DS2000 system with 7 digital lines. I just had a tech find a short on one of my lines. After this was fixed, our extensions were swapped ie.; 321 is now 305. I have tried program 0505 to swap them back, but received a swap failed notice. I have tried to swap to extensions that I activated, but with the same result. My tech is stumped. Any ideas ?

just swap the copper cross connect at the block.
