Voicemail keeps locking me and the system administrator out. Am going to have to reset for the second time in a month. Any ideas why???

If you are not a NEC tech have one come in, he or she can connect to the voice mail using cosessions and perform some maintenance, this may cure the problem.

I am a phone system tech. Once I reset the mail again so that I can get back into cosessions, what Maitenance might fix this problem?

As many times as it happened to me it was only 2 choices:
1. If Elite mail - to default database.
2. replace VM due to hard drive problems.

Reset helped only for few days.
