Aspire S system. Receptionist wears wireless headset. Wants to be able to terminate an active call and pick up a ringing call from the headset button. Can I do this? If so, how?
Right now, she can answer a ringing CO line by tapping the headset button (just like picking up the handset), but if she is on a call and another line rings, she can't pickup the ringing line.

With a handset lifter she would be able to terminate the existing call and answer the in-coming line.

It uses a handset lifter. I am wondering if perhaps she isn't on-hook long enough to disconnect the previous call............

Press Hold and then ringing line button or use Flash.
