i NEED HELP LOGGING IN TO AN NEC ASPIRE. I have tried via ip an ip address 10.0.0.220 unsuccessfully and have tried via the phone using the 4 default passwords and none of them work.pls help

Do you have the CAPS LOCK ON when you are entering in the default password?

You need to have CAPS LOCK on when entering in the default user name.

User Name is *********
Password is **********
