I have a couple of minor issues with the new SV8100 and was wondering if any of you could help. First question, on the CPU I have a green status light blinking which means everything is running. Next to that I have a red light blinking which in the manual says it's an alarm. I don't know what kind of alarm it is. No. 2 I can't CF a virtual ext. 790,1,virt ext no, vm ext. If I do this in progamming it works, but not from, say the recept phone. Sent NEC my database and they say it works fine. Any clues?

I have'nt tried FWD a VE yet, however, I got an alarm on my CPU when I did'nt delete a terminal assignment in 10-02 correctly before I tried to plug in a different one. I was trying to see if a DTP set would work & I had to default the CPU, then re-load my saved database.

The alarm lamp is redundant/not used apparently. We have the same issue on our system and was eventually told by NEC tech support that the lamp isn't telling anything.
