Hello,
Using AD-40
Would like to setup the following:
After autoattendant answers, Incoming Caller waits or press 0 the call would be transfer to external #
How to setup?

Create a virtual extension & set it to call fwd all to the external number. Virtuals are created in CM11. Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thanks for the help.
When the call is being forwarded the caller hears a bunch of dialing tones.
How to disable the dialing tones when call is being forwarded?
