We have the Electra Professional Level II system. Basically we have two businesses that share a network. Each business has its own phone lines but they all ring the same. We just have to look to see which light it lit up. Is there a way to change the ring tones to differentiate between the two?

The Pro II model does not provide much variance in selective ringing. Each line can be programmed for a ringing variation of High, Medium, or Low. Be default, the system is set at Medium. The difference between Medium and High, and Medium and low, is almost negligible.
However, if you want to experiment with this, and are familiar with programming your system, look in Memory Block 1-1-28 (Distinctive Ring Selection: TEL/CO). By default this is set to "TEL"..... meaning that system wide, one could change the ringing on a phone-by-phone basis. Change the setting to "CO" by pressing line key 2. This will allow you change the ringing on a line-by-line basis.
Then in Memory Block 3-07 (for each line) set Company A's lines to "LOW", and Company B's lines to "HIGH"
I hope this helps you.
