After entering program mode from the multiline terminal, I need to press LK1 and LK11 to get to the right sub mode. LK1 through 8 work but when I press LK11 nothing happens. Any ideas on what to do next?

Try pressing the "Recall" key then LK3. From memory this gets you to the next page of keys..

Thanks but I tried that already. The recall button does change to mode 2 but when I press LK3 or LK11 nothing happens. Could this sub mode be blocked by anything or do I have to program a function to LK11?

It sounds like you are trying to program the DTI T-1 trunks. Make sure you have assigned the DTI card in memory blok 7-1 first, this should let you access memory blocks 1-11-00 thru 08.
