Hey,
I have a rookie question. I am new to the electra elite 192 and with all of the arising problems I am learning fast. I don't have the manuals so this is not an easy learning process. I need to program two soft keys a "forward all" button and a "voice mail" button. I know the VM port #'s and extensions but I cannot figure out how to put the button on the extension in 4-12. Same problem for the transfer all button. Please help.

all deal with feature access buttons.

(don't have a manual in front of me at the moment) i'm thinking (scary huh) that there is a hard button setting for forward all in 4-12 (please correct me if i'm wrong!). the voicemail button needs to be set as a feature access button in 4-12. then look to the above links

Chrislebeck,
You are the man. Thanks for the direction. The most mundane details seem to be the ones that are the hardest to reach. I'd buy you a drink but I'll probably never meet you.
Thanks Again
