Dear readers, We are the owners of a Siemens HiPath 3500 V7 which has been installed by a company here in the netherlands. After they left we reconfigured part of the central because they could figure out how to do it. I've completed all questions our callcentre had accept for one.
They would like to be able to redirect an external incoming call to an external phonenumber ( usually a representative of the company ). With our older version of this PBX this worked like you would expect. Only on this version ( v7 ) it disconnects the incomming external call when the callcentre worker hangs up the phone to connect both parties.
Does anybody know if there is a setting that should be set enabling this function? Or is there something else that should be configured.
With kind regards, Michel van der Breggen

Is the station flag "Transit allowed via Hook-on" selected or de-selected for the station doing the conference? Is the user just getting the second party then without adding them to the conference hangs up?
