I need a little help. One of our users here on site locked the keyset accidentially & has no clue what password was entered. I thought MODE 00 would allow you to unlock the keyset through programming, however, it doesn't seem to take the M:00. Any clue???

There is no Mode 00.
On version 401 software there is no option to disable station lock as there is on newer software.
Have you tried powering down the KSU for a few minutes to see if it will unlock the phone when powered back up?

I did find the problem. Version 300(s) had the MODE 00 for unlocking a keyset. In version 400 and above, you are forced the check a room in/out. I believe, from the operators station, I dialed (while handest was idle) prog, conf, dialed the station number, msg, 0, and rls. This once again allowed the phone to dial out.
