Will the ranger work with Infinite Basic Eng. Ver. 3.11-3FE2 8. Also I seem to recall the old wanders were associated with a digital station and did not have an extension of their own. does the ranger work in the same manner?
Thanks, Steve

The Ranger operates as a stand-alone wireless extension. You are correct, the Wanderer worked as a paired wireless handset to a wired phone.
No, it's not supported by the old infinite software, even the most current version, 4.16. It only works on the most recent XTS and STSe product lines.
