janjello Member Joined: Sep 2008 Posts: 2 Washington	Hello all, Even with my computer background, this phone is killing me and I am so EMBARRASED that I cannot figure it out!!! ARGH! I am a newly hired church administrator and have inherited a Vodavi Infinite phone system (24 buttons), era 1992. Evidently, the "answering machine" (when the office is closed) is through a voicemail system?? I cannot figure out how to re-record a new greeting, and the manuals I have do not seem to address this?? Am I losing my mind or can you help me?? What should I be looking for? By the way, I can access the messages callers have left, and the password seems to be on an auto- program, thank the Lord!

USA	Call your installer and have them come out for a one hour service call during which you can go over and document the things you commonly need to do such as record the main greeting etc.....it will be money well spent. But, I learned the Voice mail system installed and then found that manual....pressed a few buttons and voila! A simple solution for someone who has no background with phone systems!
