My last post involved no caller id on an STS system.
The customer is OK with it not working, so I let it go. I have a new question with another customer. They have an STSe with an inskin hard drive. They want to be able to have the voice mail system set up so that it will call a tech. If the tech doesn't answer in five minutes they want the voice mail to call his supervisor and so on up to the owner. One guy says Toshiba's does this.
I was wondering first of all, if the locator feature could be programmed to do this, and then second if the STSe inskin version was upgradeable so that it could have the locator feature.
Anyone go any ideas?
Thank you for any input.

what you would want to use is the call-out notification and then cascade the messages to other mailboxes that have notification set up on them as well.

Thank you for your reply. I see I was trying to build a rocket ship when all I need is a balloon. I looked at voice mail notification which is what I think you are talking about. It looks as if I set one mail box to outdial to a number and then cascade to another mail box with outcall notification on, until it hits the Head Honcho. I have never tried this, but I am also assuming that the customer must just give the same cell phone to the tech on call or change outcall notify each time. I hope I'm on the right path. Thanks again.
