Hi group...another SBX question...
I recorded the AA greeting for a customer during the install and they want me to change the wording on their hours of operation. I would like to dial in and record a revised greeting from my office but can't seem to locate any way to do this.
Can anyone help?

This can not be done remotely, you will have to be onsite to change AA Greetings.
