I have a STSe system with 18 phones. We have had to move one station to the other side of the office. The wiring was changed on our punch board and the phone switched to the new port. For some reason I am continuing to get this message on the screen:
LKD 24D V0.6H SCOUT- DX V1.1 OK Sync
I also have had one other station read this message in the process of switching the wiring. This station has apparently had this error message before, which resolved after about a week; however, I do not want to wait that long. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

I had already gone ahead and redone the wiring before I posted this. Is there anything else that I might need to do?

Did you check it at the amp cable where it comes out the ksu?
Do you have the proper amount of DTIB cards in system?
You stated you had move the wire, but still double check your work.

The phone has power but is not connected to an active port. Are you sure all DTIB cards are programmed into the system?

The extension was working fine before the phone was moved to a different port. I do not think that I have an issue with the DTIB cards, but I do not know how to check that.

The same extension is being used, therefore I switched the jumpers from the old port to the new port.

If the same extension number "port"(not the phone) is being used you would have only had to move the jumpers on the station end. Is that what your saying? The port is the physical appearance on the block out of the KSU. So if you actually did change "ports" it may not be equipped. If all you changed was the station end you're back to wiring.

The extension port that is on the block out of the KSU was not changed. It is extension 117, and remains 117. What was changed was which jack the wiring went to off of the block to connect extension 117 to the correct phone.
