Is it possible to press an option in a CCR and go straight to VM instead of ringing the phone?

No. A way around it is to forward the phone to vm (unconditionally - fwd option 1).

Thanks Tina...I think that will work perfectly as he needs to still receive hunt group calls but not "personal" calls.
