I have a system that is not going to vm when it is tranfered from the operator or from the A.A I know nothing about vodavi, I'm used to avaya. If i could get in to programing i could probably figure it out but i dont know how.

Depending upon the particular infinite system you have, it may be software-dependent. If you just have stations that are not forwarding to voice mail after transfer, you may be able to get by with simply activating call forward/no answer by dialing 640 + 7440. Dialing 640 by itself will turn this off.

i tried forwarding and dnd but it just wont ring the caller hears nothing then

We really need to know exactly which infinite system that you have. Please obtain the model number of the KSU from the label on it. That will help us help you much faster.
