Long time customer has DHS, FP2. Wanted to add VM. We had on OOS Mini Voice and SLT adaptors. SW 10017. I reinitialized the vm, set the PBX integration (02)to Starplus DHS. When I call into the VM (via F64 VM flex button) it asks you to enter the mail box number, says please wait while i transfer you, but nothing happens after that. As the vm some what responds, I believe there is an integration issue. I don't know if what shows in the PBX integration screen is correct. Any one know what the correct values are?
Thanks, Steve

There are no default vaules for in-band intergration on the DHS. You'll need to enter them under "System Applications," "Voice Mail" in system programming.

Make inc prefix and xfr prefix " * " I believe. It also could be " # " but I think Mini Voice uses " * " . I don't believe the mini voice uses the suffix at all so I would try with that part being blank. I had to set up a talk path the other day and I believe the book said something like ... enter ( 70 + 7 ). It didn't work so I thought about it and realized the system was looking for the # sign as the prefix and * as the sufffix. Give it a try.
