I have found that the Dynex usb/pda/serial adapter is the only one I can get to work. Most other's use a different pin config and gives an error when connecting.

Thanks, I will track down a dynex adapter. As far as software I believe I do have the system Admin software so hopefully the adapter will do the trick.
The root issue being CO1 is producing feedback and the system is not allowing incoming calls. CO2-CO6 are live and have no issues, only the main line which is preventing the lines to hunt. I assume I need to verify the line setup for CO1. Thanks again. Our phones were down all day so I hope to have some solutions working by tomorrow. Fun stuff!

If it's only the first line and you're sure it's the system, short it at the demarc until you get your system repaired.
