I did everything you all sugested on my post on 6/9 I still get a voicemail alarm 23. could a programing error cause the alarm, i think it is telling me there is a problem with ports 2 and 3.should I try a new flash vm card?I can call into all the ports, and I don't seem to have any problems except the vm light on top of the phones don't shut off, but the little mw light next to the mw button goes out

Do you know the version number?
Do you know what software in the KSU?
Is it a STS or STSE ?

Its a stse gold i just got from graybar. It has 1 expansion unit, and a 8 port flash vm.I don't know the version or softwarem i assume it is the latest
