i dont know who you are calling at tech support but i have spoken to a few tech s and they all speak english just fine. I do agree that when the Inskin first came out ver (20047) it did have some problems, but i dont you can beat the price.

Looks like the thread has pretty much tapered off. No one was able to compare the STS and the DS616, but lots of nice words were said about the DS1000. Since it prices very near the STS ($65 cheaper) I guess I should give more consideration to marketing NEC.
