Questions about a particular CLEC...are questions like this allowed on the board?

As long as comments/questions are not derogatory in nature, there is no reason why general conversation about them can't be held here in our public forums. If you require specific information about experiences, it would be best if posters carry these discussions on via private messaging.
You may also want to review our category titled "The Complaint Department" where there may have been some discussion concerning this subject. I would not post your questions here in Telecom News though. We do have a category "Telephone Service" that would probably be your best bet for posting your question.
