Simply put you need to wire the new line to 010306 and program it with caller-id and ringing. If you don't know how to do that, I would strongly suggest that you call in a professional.

You are missing the basics. Lines 1&2 are on the bottom jack of the dial tone card, lines 3&4 are on the top jack of the dial tone card.
The daughterboard plugs in and has a jack between that is lines 5&6 and on top are lines 7&8.
You had line 5 plugged in, line six has to be the second pair of that jack, the white orange pair with line 5 being the white blue pair.
If you can't figure this out now you need a Toshiba tech as phonemeister says.
As Sid Welvang said in phone school, when you get stumped, read the instructions, then read them again.

That is what is confusing me, do not want to mess things up for sure. But the bottom jack has 2 lines in it that come from the main box of incoming lines from the CO. the second jack has 1 line coming from the existing punch bar set up already and the 3rd jack has 2 more lines coming in from the main box...and the top jack has no lines in it. Thanks

Oh for goodness sakes man. Did you not read my post?
There is a MAIN board, it has TWO jacks, the bottom one is lines 1&2 and the top one is lines 3&4.
There is a DAUGHTER BOARD that plugs into it. It also has two jacks. The lowermost of the the two jacks of the DAUGHTER BOARD fits in between the two jacks of the MAIN board and it has line 5 plugged into it now.
You need to connect line 6 into that same jack on the second pair. Then, you will have lines 5&6 on the SAME jack.
You do have to read the info we give you or we are just wasting our time.
As I said on March 9th: You do have it plugged in as the white/orange pair of the bottom port of the daughterboard card on your dial tone card, right?
We have to assume you understand what a daughterboard card is on a Toshiba dial tone card.

Sorry did not want to upset you, first time I seen one of these was 10 days ago. I did get it in and set up in trunk assigments and station assignments have the new line set up on each phone and the delays set up. Have managed to set up the call forwarding how they wanted and everything good. Like I said had not even seen this stuff before 10 days ago, but I do appreciate all the help, Thanks so much

That's why I had suggested you call out a professional who could have done this in less than 20 minutes. You've already spent 4 days on it.
