I have a customer who has some emergency call boxes that are failing. They want to get them replaced. The currently use a model that just requires a person to press a button and it dials 911. They would prefer a model that would allow the caller to do either 911, or a non-emergency call to the front desk of the campus. Having a phone that just has two buttons..one labled 911, the other Front Desk would be ideal.
Any ideas? Some of these boxes are outdoors too.

Check with VIKING. They have an assortment of call boxes. Also CEECO. John C.

Viking and the "blue light" special are similar to elevator sets...both indoor and outdoor use.

The existing boxes are Viking, so going with new Viking boxes is the choice here, since they will fit all the mounts and stuff. Anyone have a suggestion as to where to buy Viking products? Graybar seems a little high in price..
