customer had a T1 circuit, switched to copper lines and now wants to switch to a PRI. What are the software requiremnents and hardware requirements to support a PRI for a DK280? Thx

You should upgrade to R4.3 to support PRI. I believe R4.1 was the ISDN release but it was not so stable.
